A. G. Mohan was a student of "the father of modern yoga", Yogacarya Sri T. Krishnamacharya (1888-1989), for eighteen years. He is the author of several books on yoga, including Yoga for Body, Breath, and Mind; Yoga Reminder; Yoga Therapy; and Krishnamacharya: His Life and Teachings.

Dr. Ganesh Mohan is the Director of Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda's Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Training programs. He was introduced to yoga and related traditional studies in early childhood and is a physician with training in both modern medicine and Ayurveda. Dr. Ganesh Mohan is the co-author of the books- Yoga Therapy, Krishnamacharya, and Yoga Reminder.
