Yoga & the Upanishads
This updated course, Yoga & the Upanishads, combines the earlier courses: Yoga & Upanishads, Taittriya Upanishad and Chandogya Upanishad.
This course explores the timeless wisdom of the Upanishads, the philosophical heart of the Vedas, and their deep connection to the practice of yoga. The Upanishads offer profound insights that guide the yogic journey from the outer disciplines of practice to the inner realization of the Self. Through study, reflection, and practice, students will discover how the Upanishadic teachings on Ātman (the inner self), Brahman (the absolute reality), and the unity of existence form the foundation of yogic philosophy and meditation.
